The Great Western Business Breakfast (GWBB) was created in 2007 by five founding members:
Aldermore Invoice Finance is a leading specialist financier providing UK-based SMEs with alternative funding solutions, including factoring and invoice discounting.
Founded in 2000, Aldermore Invoice Finance was formerly owned by Cattles plc and known as Cattles Invoice Finance. It was acquired by financial services specialist private equity house, AnaCap Financial Partners LLP, in September 2009 and relaunched as Absolute Invoice Finance.
In November 2009, the business went on to be acquired by Aldermore Bank PLC – another of AnaCap’s investee companies – in a move that significantly extended its product offering and pool of available funding. The business rebranded as Aldermore Invoice Finance in August 2010.
Aldermore Invoice Finance has six regional operating centres across the UK – in Scotland, Yorkshire, the North West, the Midlands, Thames Valley and the South East – which enables the business to make rapid decisions on a local basis, in response to clients’ constantly changing needs. Aldermore Invoice Finance places innovation and personal service as its key differentiators.
